Mark has over 25 years’ experience in real estate, sustainable development and renewable energy, including; CBRE, GVA Grimley LLP and Lightsource BP. Mark has worked in Asia, Australia and the UK across the public, private and NGO sectors. Mark is responsible for strategy, partnerships and international development.

Co-Founder & COO

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate and corporate sectors particularly in the planning, development and investment fields. Andrew has advised and asset managed company and real estate investments for high net worth individuals in the UK, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia.

Co-Founder & CTO

John has specialised in large hi-tech composite structures for the marine industry for over 30 years. John is an accomplished naval architect with hands on construction expertise, bringing practical knowledge of modern materials and engineering methods. He has successfully completed products in over 18 countries and has numerous awards for performance and exports.

Non-Executive Director

Charles, an engineer by training, specialises in mid-market growth Companies and their international expansion. Charles has spent the last 35 years in mid-market Private Equity, covering all aspects of the investment life cycle from start-ups to IPOs in all sectors (engineering/industrial, consumer, business services, healthcare, education and IT).

Chief Financial Officer

Hilary brings considerable sector expertise to the Company’s Second Funding Round. She will provide executive assistance with all aspects of the process.
